 I am Kat Cassidy a Massage Therapist with over 12 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA55570). I love to help people relax and shake off the tension and muscle aches and pains using a variety of Bodywork modalities like Myofascial Release, Trigger Point therapy, Focused Deep Tissue, Stretching,  Aromatherapy, Swedish and Thai techniques.

Massage therapy is great for relieving pain, tension, and helping to manage daily stress. Massage has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve sleep,  reduce anxiety and depression and promote relaxation. Therapeutic and specific massage techniques can improve mobility after injury and strain, reduce healing time and relieve muscle and nerve pain. Regular massage can not only make you feel better physically, but is one of the best wellness practices you can give to yourself.

My experience with chiropractic gives me an edge relieving sciatic and lower back problems, spine mobilization and pain relief.  I am available by appointment, with flexible hours.
